With a heavy emphasis on video to help tell the story this is simply one man's perspective on SCUBA diving and living life on the island of Saipan with a little Tinian and Rota in there too.

A little offensive?
Does anyone else find this a little offensive or at the very least inconsiderate?
A Tribune article today quotes Gregorio Cruz, President of Tao Tao Tano as saying that the people of the CNMI are “in an economic crisis and there is no light at the end of the tunnel, except for (jumping off) a cliff".
Wow - that is offensive. People can be stupid. How about, at the very least, encouraging tourism and SCUBA to bring money into the economy. How much does SCUBA tourism generate there? Any idea?
